The DYNO®-MILL is an agitated bead mill used to comminute suspended solids. Drugs have been reduced from the 200 to 500 micron range to below the 1 to 5 micron size. Some data of 13nm to 150nm active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) is available. Various models can process from 10 grams of drug (suspended in 75ml of liquid) to multiple kilograms per hour. Testing units are available for customer use at their site. cGMP and other FDA requirements can all be met.

The TURBULA is a change-can tumble blender that is used to mix difficult systems: (1) small quantities into larger amounts, (2) low density with high density particles, and (3) small diameter with larger particles. The lab model T2F can handle from a thimble to 2-liter containers. Larger units go up to 17-liter and 55-liter containers. For even larger equipment, the dyna-MIX® is available to 2,000 liters.
